  • Our practice is a direct pay practice. We can provide a “superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee this. Our Practitioners have opted out of participating with Medicare so you cannot submit “superbills” to Medicare for reimbursement. Normal standard labs tests, if ordered by our practice would be processed through your insurance plan and may be partially or fully reimbursed. Specialty testing is generally out of pocket.

    • Extended follow up visit/telehealth (depending on complexity and time ~45-60 min): $360.00

    • Full follow up visit/telehealth (depending on complexity and time ~30–45 minutes): $275.00

    • Less complex follow up visit/telehealth: $235.00

    • Brief follow up (less than 15 min): $175.00

  • Although we provide comprehensive holistic care, Hummingbird does not provide primary care. We encourage our patients to have a Primary Care Provider, especially for acute conditions that our practice cannot see or treat. We will serve as your specialist in natural and integrative remedies to work in partnership with you and with your other healthcare providers to address your health and well-being from a holistic approach.

  • Patients who are experiencing a medical emergency must call 911, go to urgent care, or their local emergency room to receive care. Hummingbird Holistic Healthcare does not provide emergency physical or mental health services and we do not have a doctor on call during our off-hours.

  • Yes, Beth Galan sees children of all ages and Carolyn Gillespie sees teenage females for women’s health issues.
